His career at the Sierra Leone Roads Authority (SLRA) spans multiple leadership roles, culminating in his current position as Director of Internal Controls, where he oversees risk management, compliance, and audit governance across the institution. Tamba holds an MBA in Finance from Njala University, a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Fourah Bay College, and is an ACCA (UK) Affiliate. His expertise covers financial auditing, internal controls, fixed asset verification, procurement compliance, risk assessment, and team leadership. Throughout his career, Tamba has led major audit programmes, coordinated external audits, strengthened internal control systems, and guided the development of risk management frameworks. Patricia has built a strong track record in financial reporting (IFRS/IAS), budgeting, risk assessment, internal controls, and regulatory compliance. Patricia currently serves as Finance Manager at Jhpiego Corporation, where she oversees financial operations, strengthens compliance systems, manages donor funds, and ensures accurate, timely reporting. Her previous roles at Jhpiego including Compliance Manager and Senior Compliance Officer demonstrate her expertise in fraud investigations, SOP development, staff compliance improvement, and operational risk reduction. Her earlier career at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) in Sierra Leone and Guinea provided extensive experience in assurance, donor compliance, partner assessments, grant management, and financial analysis for major development partners such as UNDP, UNICEF, UNHCR, UNFPA, EU, DFID, and the Global Fund.
