Christopher is a Chartered Certified Accountant with exceptional financial acumen and extensive knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRSs) and International Standards on Auditing (ISAs). This expertise allows Christopher to navigate complex financial landscapes effectively, ensuring the integrity of financial reporting and adherence to industry regulations. Tamba is an accomplished finance and audit professional with more than 20 years of progressive experience in public-sector financial management, internal auditing, and organizational controls. His career at the Sierra Leone Roads Authority (SLRA) spans multiple leadership roles, culminating in his current position as Director of Internal Controls, where he oversees risk management, compliance, and audit governance across the institution. Tamba holds an MBA in Finance from Njala University, a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Fourah Bay College, and is an ACCA (UK) Affiliate. His expertise covers financial auditing, internal controls, fixed asset verification, procurement compliance, risk assessment, and team leadership. Throughout his career, Tamba has led major audit programmes, coordinated external audits, strengthened internal control systems, and guided the development of risk management frameworks. He is known for his strong analytical skills, integrity, and commitment to improving financial accountability within private and public institutions. Patricia is an accomplished Finance Professional with over seven years of experience in financial management, auditing, compliance, and strategic planning across international NGOs, donor-funded projects, and corporate environments. Patricia has built a strong track record in financial reporting (IFRS/IAS), budgeting, risk assessment, internal controls, and regulatory compliance. Patricia currently serves as Finance Manager at Jhpiego Corporation, where she oversees financial operations, strengthens compliance systems, manages donor funds, and ensures accurate, timely reporting. Her previous roles at Jhpiego including Compliance Manager and Senior Compliance Officer demonstrate her expertise in fraud investigations, SOP development, staff compliance improvement, and operational risk reduction. Her earlier career at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) in Sierra Leone and Guinea provided extensive experience in assurance, donor compliance, partner assessments, grant management, and financial analysis for major development partners such as UNDP, UNICEF, UNHCR, UNFPA, EU, DFID, and the Global Fund. Patricia holds an MSc in Professional Accountancy from the University of London and a BSc (Hons) in Applied Accounting from Oxford Brookes University. She is a member of ACCA (UK) and ICASL, with additional certifications in project management, forensic accounting, negotiation, ethics, and UN financial frameworks.

Jeremiah T. Mondeh is a seasoned Financial Systems Consultant and the Founder & CEO of I AM CO GM SL LIMITED, the parent organization of I AM Community College and I AM CO Accounting. With over seven years of professional experience, he has established himself as a trusted advisor to businesses and entrepreneurs both within and beyond Sierra Leone. He currently serves as General Manager and is also a Co-Founder of I AM CO Foundation, where he drives initiatives focused on education, technology, and entrepreneurial empowerment. Jeremiah is a Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor with deep expertise in accounting systems and financial technology. He specializes in designing and implementing practical, results-driven accounting solutions using tools such as QuickBooks, Xero, and advanced Excel systems—helping businesses improve financial control, accuracy, and decision-making. Through his consultancy and leadership, Jeremiah and his team have successfully supported over 50 businesses in solving complex accounting and financial challenges, ranging from system setup and financial reporting to process improvement and automation. As an educator and mentor, Jeremiah lectures in Accounting at I AM Community College, where he has trained over 500 students, accountants, and business owners in practical accounting using modern accounting software. His training programs are highly practical, equipping participants with real-world skills that translate directly into the workplace and business environment. Jeremiah's professional experience includes serving as Chief Finance Officer at KAF Properties and working as an Accountant at Kiwi Coastal GM SL Limited, where he developed strong expertise in financial management, internal controls, and strategic financial planning. Currently, he works as a Financial Systems Development Consultant, partnering with organizations to build scalable financial structures, streamline operations, and ensure reliable financial reporting systems.
